2. Verified Ground Transportation
Is there an active courtesy car available for a quick run into town, or will the crew need to coordinate an Uber or rental delivery? Unclear transport options force pilots to divert 20 miles down the road to an airfield with confirmed ground transit.

3. Updated Ramp & Facility Media
Does the website display current photos of the hangar space, tie-down ramp, pilot lounge, and amenities? Small touches, like clean restrooms, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, or basic pilot amenities, frequently dictate where a pilot chooses to drop fuel dollars.

FBOs don't always win business by having the shiny new terminal; the easiest FBO to find and evaluate is the one that gets the landing.

Pull out your smartphone right now and search for your airfield exactly as an out-of-town transient pilot or prospective student would.
